How do I test my monitoring?
Call the monitoring station at 800-230-6975 and give them your name and password to put the account in test. Then activate your siren for 20-25 seconds. Disarm the alarm system, and call the monitoring station back to see if signals were received.

Can I monitor my alarm system without a landline?
Yes, there are cellular communicator units available to support most any alarm system. Please give our office a call, and we can advise you about your particular system or situation.
Can I operate my alarm system with an app on my phone?

Do my alarm system smoke detectors need to be cleaned?
Yes, alarm system smoke detectors should be kept free of dust and spider webs. Generally speaking, alarm system smoke detectors should be replaced after 5 years if false alarm occurs.
How long do batteries in wireless sensors last?
Most sensors use lithium ion batteries which typically last 3-5 years.
How long will my main system battery last?
These typically last 3-5 years as well.
Can I monitor my system using google fiber for my phone line?
No google fiber is not recommended and is not a reliable way to transmit signals. Cellular communicators are available as an alternative if you have google fiber but wish to monitor your alarm.
